William Baker graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA in 1978 and graduated from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans in 1984 where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. He became a member of the California State Bar in December of 1984 and commenced practicing law as an associate with the law firm of Greve, Clifford, Diepenbrock & Paras. Baker became partner in 1991 where his practice was concentrated in the areas of construction law representing design professionals, contractors, subcontractors and major suppliers. In addition, he represented numerous RV manufacturers and dealers in various lemon law cases.
In 2007, William Baker started his own law practice where he continued to represent clients in construction litigation matters and RV clients in lemon law matters. In 2010, he was recognized as a Super Lawyer in Northern California in Construction and Surety matters.
In addition to serving as a pro tem settlement judge, William Baker has been appointed to serve as mediator and arbitrator in numerous cases over his 40-year legal career. In addition, he has mediated literally hundreds of cases as an advocate for his clients.
