The standard fee for mediation services is $350 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Fees to be split evenly between the parties unless other terms are agreed to by the parties. Parties are not billed for preparation, document review or case administration. Invoices are sent after the mediation has concluded and payment is due within 30-days after receipt of the invoice. Counsel for the parties will be responsible for payment of mediation services incurred on behalf of their clients. All counsel and participants are required to execute a mediation and confidentiality agreement prior to commencing the mediation.
